This modular approach accelerates projects through “parallel processing,” reduces risks via factory acceptance testing (FAT), and lowers the total installed cost compared to traditional stick-built methods.

EN 13445 / AD 2000 / ASME Code Certified Vessels

Three global standards (ASME, EN 13445, AD 2000) ensure pressure vessel safety. The US-based ASME is a “rule-based” code, dominant in oil & gas, often resulting in heavier designs. The EU’s EN 13445 is “performance-based,” allowing lighter, cost-optimized designs and requiring a CE mark. AD 2000 (German) is highly detailed. Selection depends on the market, customer specs, and design optimization.
